We want you to feel confident ordering from GlazeNotes. This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email hello@glazenotes.com with your order number and the reason for your request before sending anything back.
Magnetic lashes may be tried as intended under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must not be excessively used, altered, deliberately damaged, or returned incomplete. Additional unopened pairs, accessories, cleansers, and gels must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened consumable products cannot be returned for a change of mind unless they are defective.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly with photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs when the issue is our responsibility.
One-year replacement guarantee
If the magnets or lash structure fail prematurely under normal use within one year of delivery, contact us with your order number and photos. Eligible items will be replaced at no product cost. This guarantee does not cover loss, accidental or deliberate damage, misuse, improper cleaning or storage, or ordinary cosmetic changes that do not affect function.
Return authorization and shipping
Do not send a return without authorization. We will provide the correct return facility and instructions; the return address might differ from the address on your parcel or our business correspondence address. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit after we issue it.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started. If an order has shipped, the return process applies.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. You can exercise that right electronically by emailing us. Any lawful hygiene exception for unsealed personal-use goods applies only where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
