Shipping policy

United States fulfillment
U.S. orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard U.S. delivery is currently estimated at 3-5 business days after dispatch.
If U.S. inventory for an item becomes unavailable and another fulfillment location is required, we will disclose the change and updated estimate before dispatch whenever it materially affects delivery.
Shipping cost and tracking
We offer free tracked standard shipping to U.S. addresses and to other supported destinations when a free method is displayed at checkout. A tracking link is emailed after dispatch.
Other destinations
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimates are determined by the address entered at checkout. If no shipping method is displayed, we cannot accept delivery to that address at this time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, remote-area service, and local holidays.
Taxes, duties, and customs
Taxes and duties are shown at checkout when Shopify can calculate them. For international orders, import duties, taxes, or handling fees not collected at checkout may be charged by the destination authority and are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Address changes
Review your delivery address before paying. Contact hello@glazenotes.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts or reimburse orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Delays, loss, or damage
If tracking has not updated, the delivery estimate has passed, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate next step.
