These Terms of Service govern your use of glazenotes.com and purchases from GlazeNotes. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights available where you live are not excluded.

Store services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Products and product use

We work to describe and display products accurately, but screen colors and hand-finished details can vary slightly. Follow product instructions and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product information is not medical advice.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, discounts, and shipping are calculated as indicated at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, delivery, or legal reasons; if payment was captured, the affected amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Intellectual property

The GlazeNotes name, site design, copy, photographs, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, resold, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, submit false information, or use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services and links

The site can include services or links provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business in Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
